Tell us how we are doing!
NASPO is now using Qualtrics software to track our team’s performance through a Net Promoter Score. We have incorporated short surveys into our online Pulse Blog articles, ValuePoint Portfolio pages, and all NASPO/ValuePoint staff emails (see link in signature lines). We will also be adding Net Promoter questions to our existing Event and LMS Training surveys. Members are encouraged to fill out these short surveys after interaction with staff, educational courses, programming, research materials, and conferences/events, which will be used to report performance to the NASPO Board, NASPO ValuePoint Management Board, and members in the near future.
Partnership Update
NASPO is excited to announce the recent execution of an MOU with the National Governors Association (NGA). We are thrilled to be able to call the NGA a strategic partner! As part of this MOU, George Schutter, NASPO President; Lindle Hatton, NASPO-NASPO ValuePoint CEO; and Olivia Hook Frey, Director of Membership and Partnerships, were fortunate to attend the NGA’s Winter Workshop in Washington D.C., February 7-9. Throughout the event, the governors and attendees met to discuss the vital issues in their states and to collaborate with partners from the federal government and the private sector. We look forward to building our relationships with this important strategic partner.
NASPO Board of Directors Update
Reminder for all Primary Members: the monthly Board of Directors Meeting Packets (which include the Board meeting agenda, supplemental meeting materials, the prior month’s meeting notes, and the organization’s financial statement) are uploaded to the Directors Community on the NASPO Network within 7 days of the conclusion of the Board Meeting. We encourage our Primary Members to review the packets and reach out to George Schutter, NASPO President, or Lindle Hatton, NASPO-NASPO ValuePoint CEO, with any questions.
