- Supports sourcing team solicitation development, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract administration activities, with a focus on IT procurements.
- Develops relationships with and engages NASPO members, other procurement staff, and the supplier community to ensure appropriate stakeholders are represented within the ValuePoint cooperative purchasing model.
- Provides education and information to public procurement professionals, vendors, and other interested parties on the benefits of cooperative purchasing and participation in NASPO and NASPO ValuePoint.
