Membership and Operations Coordinator
- primarily responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operational management, and growth of UPPCC.
- Establishes a universally recognized certification program for public procurement within all aspects of national and international municipal, state/province, higher-education, and federal governmental systems. Directs test development activities based on program needs and budget consideration
- Oversees and manages the functions of subject matter expert groups and volunteers.
