- Administers and supports contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, and other procurement instruments made and entered into on behalf of the organization.
- Serves as a resource to state CPOs, contract administrators, and other stakeholders/customers on public procurement challenges and opportunities upon request and, to the extent feasible, assists states with personnel constraints to maximize their use of and involvement in cooperative contracting activities.
- Builds and manages strategic relationships with and between state CPOs, lead contract administrators, purchasing staffs, executive and legislative branch leaders, contract users, and the supplier community
- Serves as a resource to state CPOs, contract administrators, and other stakeholders/customers on public procurement challenges and opportunities upon request
