Cooperative Portfolio Manager
- Provides coordination, administration, coaching, facilitation, and support to State Lead Contract Administrators and their Sourcing Teams as they develop cooperative nationwide public procurements and administer multi-state Master Agreements.
- Organizes and facilitates all Lead State and Sourcing Team procurement activities and contract management either directly or in coordination with other NASPO programs to track participation ensuring accurate reimbursement to each state.
- Provides outreach to state, local government, and educational organizations on NASPO ValuePoint contracting opportunities.
- Provides consultation and assistance with marketing, education, tradeshows, and outreach activities on NASPO ValuePoint’s portfolios.
