NASPO Announces 2021 Board of Directors

Lexington, KY – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) announces the results of the Board of Directors Election for the term beginning January 1, 2021.

During the Annual Conference Business Meeting, the following primary members were elected to the 2021 Board of Directors:

  • President-Elect – Delbert Singleton, Division Director, State Fiscal Accountability Authority Division of Procurement Services, South Carolina
  • Director-at-Large – Steve Berg, Director of Procurement, South Dakota
  • Director-at-Large – Bob Gleason, Chief Procurement Officer, Maryland
  • Director-at-Large – Joan Graham, Executive Director, Office of Procurement Services, Kentucky
  • Director-at-Large – Gregg Olivera, Deputy Division Director, Procurement Bureau Chief, New Jersey

The 2021 Directors are:

  • President – Rosalyn Ingram, Director of State Purchasing & Chief Procurement Officer, Florida
  • President-Elect – Delbert Singleton, Division Director, State Fiscal Accountability Authority Division of Procurement Services, South Carolina
  • Immediate Past President – George Schutter, Chief Procurement Officer, District of Columbia
  • Steve Berg, Director of Procurement, South Dakota
  • Debbie Dennis, Chief Procurement Officer, Oregon
  • Bob Gleason, Chief Procurement Officer, Maryland
  • Joan Graham, Executive Director, Office of Procurement Services, Kentucky
  • Meghan Holmlund, Chief Procurement Officer, Montana
  • Gregg Olivera, Deputy Division Director, Procurement Bureau Chief, New Jersey
  • Kelly Sanders, Chief Procurement Officer, Ohio
  • Jaime Schorr, Chief Procurement Officer, Maine
