NASPO ANNOUNCES 2024-2025 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has announced the election results for its 2024-2025 Board of Directors at its 2023 Annual Conference, taking place in Atlanta, Georgia.

The newly elected 2024-2025 NASPO Board Members are:

  • President-Elect – Thor Vue, Chief Procurement Officer, Alaska
  • Director-at-Large – Jared Ambrosier, Chief Procurement, Michigan
  • Director-at-Large – Steve Berg, Director of Procurement, South Dakota
  • Director-at-Large – Windy Aphayrath, Chief Procurement Officer, Utah
  • Director-at-Large – Deb Damore, Director, Office of Purchasing and Contracting, Vermont

NASPO’s 2024-2025 Full Board of Directors are:

  • President – Valerie Bollinger, Chief Procurement Officer, Idaho
  • President-Elect – Thor Vue, Chief Procurement Officer, Alaska
  • Immediate Past President – Delbert H. Singleton, Jr., Division Director, State Fiscal Accountability Authority Division of Procurement Services, South Carolina
  • Director-at-Large – Steve Berg, Director of Procurement, South Dakota
  • Director-at-Large – Jared Ambrosier, Chief Procurement, Michigan
  • Director-at-Large – Windy Aphayrath, Chief Procurement Officer, Utah
  • Director-at-Large – Deb Damore, Director, Office of Purchasing and Contracting, Vermont
  • Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Chief Procurement Officer, Texas
  • Director-at-Large – Angela Shell, Chief Procurement Officer, California
  • NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council Chair – Sherri Maxwell, Chief Procurement Officer, Colorado

The new board members’ terms will begin on January 1, 2024. NASPO congratulates the newly elected board members and looks forward to their leadership and service.
